3Danks is a dry-hire warehouse venue in Waterloo, around 4km from Sydney CBD. You choose the people and details that matter to you: caterer, celebrant, florist, furniture, styling and music. The building gives you the scale and production infrastructure without locking you into a standard wedding package.
Use The Gantry for your ceremony and reception, the Walton Room for arrivals or a separate moment, and the Ngarra Room as a quieter adjoining space. Your guests can move through the day without waiting for one room to be completely reset.

The Gantry
Industrial Scale Without a Fixed Theme
The Gantry has a 250m² main floor, a 10.4m ceiling and a 117m² mezzanine overlooking the room. The open floor gives you a clean foundation for a ceremony, long tables, a dance floor, a stage or a cocktail layout.
A professional sound system and full lighting rig are already in the venue, so the atmosphere can change from ceremony to dinner to dancing without the space losing its character. A 3.5m LED screen is available as an optional extra.

The Details We Would Want to Know Up Front
A blank-canvas venue gives you freedom, and it also means making clear decisions about suppliers, timing and setup.
Send your date, guest count and plans for a firm quote. The bond is $500 to $1,000 depending on the event.
Amplified music and loud noise stop at 9:30pm. Bump-out can continue after the music finishes.
The venue is wheelchair accessible, with parking available nearby. Tell us about any specific guest requirements when you enquire.
