RAD Intermediate Ballet Class. The Royal Academy of Dance set syllabus Intermediate is the 2nd level of Vocational exams. It focuses on technique and style, including 4 pointe exercises at the barre and 3 in the centre for females. An intermediate level of ballet technique is required.

Reward Ballet offers ballet classes specially tailored for adult dancers. All classes are modified to suits the needs and abilities of mature dancers.

Mixed-level adult class, best suited for those who have taken a ballet class before--even if it was years ago! Floor combos will often have two versions to challenge both beginners and more advanced dancers.
